Hepsia's File Manager permits you to administer your website files with simple point & click actions. Right-click context menus offer quick access to various file manipulation options, while user-friendly drag 'n' drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your desktop PC in an instant. You will also find integrated file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to archive and uncompress files easily as well.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your desktop PC. The built-in drag 'n' drop functionality will enable you to effortlessly transfer files between your personal computer and the web server. Simply select the file that you wish to upload from your desktop PC and then drag it over to your browser window. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your disk drive. Additionally, you can download files and even folders to your hard drive by pressing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager, you can create a new file or folder with just one single click. All action buttons are conveniently placed above the file/folder list and you can modify your files with ease. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, view the contents of a file or edit its permissions, delete a file, and so on.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager graphical user interface, you will be able to pack and extract all types of files. It does work astonishingly fast - simply select the files you would like to zip and push the Compress button. You can even select the archive format (.rar, .zip, and so on). It is just as easy to extract an archive to a specified folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager user interface, you actually do not need any external pieces of software to modify your files. There is an image viewer, which allows you to explore the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will in fact show up online. Plus, you will find several in-built file editors, which will grant you absolute command over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are designed for more competent users, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can view all HTML source code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy individuals.
