Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you full authority over your mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can create a brand new mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward electronic mails from one email box to another, finetune email filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email box accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming email messages according to specific rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and change the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Simply specify the mail account you want to forward messages from, then choose the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
